Our eControl Aga Cookers are the product of our meticulous refurbishment process, paired with market-leading, controllable technology inside.
If you're looking for a classic Aga Cooker with additionally flexibility, low running costs and a host of new features, our eControl models are perfect for you.
Our family have been restoring Aga Cookers since 1988. Using skills passed down the generations, we lovingly recondition every Aga Cooker that enters our workshop. We pair these showroom-condition cookers with the innovative eControl System, to allow even more flexibility to the traditional Aga Cooker.
Your "New" Aga Cooker will include:
The end result is a fully refurbished, sustainable, efficient eControl Aga Cooker.
Utilising multiple electrical elements, rather than the traditional 'one heat source' of traditional Aga Cookers, the eControl system boasts the fastest heat up times on the market, with the lowest running costs.
Integrated elements inside the new steel hotplates on top, give you unparalleled control over each plate. You can choose to turn them off during warmer months or when they're not in use to reduce your running costs. During colder spells, you can leave them on 24/7, or turn them up and down depending on the amount of heat needed for cooking. You can upgrade one of your hotplates to a ceramic hob for instant heat with no pre-heat times.
Our 2 and 4 Oven models will require a dedicated 32amp supply from your fuse board, whereas our 3 and 5 Oven models (and those with an Instaheat Hob upgrade), will require a 40amp supply.
Our eControl Aga Cookers can be either built up onsite by our trained engineers, to combat access issues (we have even installed eControl cookers in tenement flats in Edinburgh!), or we can build them inside our workshop and wheel them into place inside your kitchen for an even faster install.
Our two controllable models of Aga Cooker, the eControl and ElectricKit are both flexible versions with electric elements inside. The main differences are power requirements, number of elements, cooking style and controllability.
We've created a whole page comparing both systems side by side (and we are honest about them too!) Click Here.
Running costs will differ depending on each setting, your supplier tarriff, and even the room size, but as a guide:
