Our Promise to You

What is the Warranty period?


Unless otherwise stated:


From May 2023: All of our Fully Refurbished cookers are supplied with our 5 year parts warranty.

Prior to May 2023: Any orders will be covered by our 2 year warranty.


We automatically cover you for a full year of free labour costs with your cooker/conversion - subject to the below terms.


Your warranty period will begin once we have installed/converted the Aga Cooker.



How does it work?


It's rare, but if something does go wrong, we'll help you problem solve, then arrange a visit if needed.


We will be your point of contact for all warranty issues - if you have a controllable system, we'll work direct with the manufacturers if needed, and order any parts etc on your behalf.


More than likely, it will be one of our small family team that visits you, but sometimes (especially during busy periods!) we might use one of our vetted subcontractors.


We're still a small family business so we don't have an emergency call out team on hand, but we will prioritise your revisit as soon as we can.



What is covered?


Your warranty visit will be free of charge as long as:


- We find a fault with the system.

- It is within 12 months of installation (after this, parts will be covered but there will be a call out charge).

- The fault with the system is not due to misuse or accidental damage.

- The cooker has not been modified by a third party.

- The cooker has been serviced or maintained correctly (with records).

- Your installation is outside of our standard operating area (labour charge may apply).


What isn't covered?


- Accidental or cosmetic damage (including chips, staining, cracks, or flaking to the enamel).

- Routine servicing and maintenance.

- Flue works, Fuel lines and Electrical supplies to the cooker.

- Consumable Parts (including wicks, thermostats, lid/door liners, lid domes, thermocouples, seals etc).

- Any consequential loss.
