- ElectricKit and eControl have their own manufacturer warranty periods - detailed below.
Prior to May 2023: Any Fully Refurbished Aga cooker orders were covered by a 2 year warranty.
Esse and Everhot cookers are covered by their manufacturer warranties (2 Year Warranty, with a 5 year warranty for Everhot Electric Elements).
Third Party Warranties
- Your eControl System Part Warranty is covered in whole, by the manufacturer - UK Innovation Group.
- Your ElectricKit System Part Warranty is covered for the first 2 years, by the manufacturer - Oilwarm Burner Products
- Your ESSE Cooker Warranty is covered in whole by the manufacturer - ESSE
- Your Everhot Cooker Warranty is covered in whole by the manufacturer - Everhot
- Your Oil or Gas Aga Cooker installer would usually provide a 'workmanship' labour warranty with their installation work, but you should confirm directly with them for clarity.
We automatically cover you for a full year of free labour costs with your 13amp or ElectricKit and eControl aga cooker/conversion - subject to the terms listed on this page.
If something does go wrong, we'll help you problem solve, then arrange a visit if needed. For oil and gas models, your installation engineer would usually warranty their own work to cover any issues relating to the build/assembly.
- Your warranty period will begin once we have supplied the goods.
- Your warranty can't be transferred.
- We don't have an emergency call out team, but we will book in your revisit as soon as our diary allows.
- We have zero-tolerance towards abuse towards our staff.
What are the warranty terms?
- Labour charges are covered in the first 12 months for electric aga cookers - providing your fault meets the criteria below.
- Faults that can not be attributed to misuse or accidental damage.
- Cookers must not have unauthorised modifications by Third Parties.
- Appliances must have been serviced in line with the manufacturer's requirements and frequency.
- Your installation must be in Scotland (labour charge may apply further afield).
If the engineer visits and finds the fault can be attributed to misuse, or a third party modification, a charge will apply and will need to be settled before any future visits.

- Consumable Parts (including but not limited to, wicks, thermostats, lid/door liners, lid domes, thermocouples, washers, seals).
