The Induction Hotplate upgrade has been a long time coming! Testing proved tricky, due to the ambient heat Aga Cookers are known for and the low temperatures the induction needs to operate. The induction unit replaces the Left Hand Hotplate (to avoid any heat from the ovens), and is able to be controlled independently - no need to have your other hotplate on!
The Induction Hob for our Controllable Electric Cookers, gives you the flexibility of a modern hob, without using additional kitchen space or losing the classic, iconic Aga Cooker look.
HOW DOES THE INDUCTION HOB WORK?
The induction hotplate replaces your left-hand boiling hotplate on your eControl or ElectricKit Conversion system.
Most versions utlilise the existing power from the control panel, which means there is no extra electric sockets required.
The ON/OFF control and temperature adjustments are integrated directly into the induction hob, using touchscreen controls (no bending down to adjust the temperature!).
The induction hob units are ONLY available for aga cookers which have already been converted to the full ElectricKit or eControl system. Oil, Gas, 13amp, Dual Control, Total Control or any newer models of Aga Cooker are not compatible.

The Induction Hotplate for Aga Cookers, is available for our controllable electric systems, and must be fitted by an authorised engineer.
- Fits into the same footprint as the existing boiling plate.

- Completely sealed unit to prevent issues with spillages from overflowing pots and pans.
- Integrated fan for automatic cooling.
