Everhot 60 Hotplates

Everhot Hotplate Information:
The cast iron hotplate is roughly square, but split in size, with 60% on the LH side (the hot plate), and 40% on the RH side (the simmer plate). Both sides are controllable and can reach the same temperature, around 350c.
Due to this design, whenever the left-hand side is on, some heat will naturally conduct over to the right-hand side plate - usually around 30% cooler than whatever the left-hand hotplate is at.
We recommend the below temperatures for your hot and simmer plates:
Hot Plate: 290c
Simmer Plate: 200c.
Everhot Hotplate Dimensions:
Left-Hand: 225mm x 355mm
Right-Hand: 175mm x 355mm
Total size: 400mm x 355mm.
Everhot Hotplate Heat Up Times:
20-40 minutes from cold.
Everhot 60 Ovens
Everhot Oven Information:
All Everhot models have a main oven with an integrated grill inside.
The grill is 2.5kW and the ovens are larger than other ranges of cooker. They are fitted with 'runners' inside, for the shelf to be positioned at different heights.
The electric elements are located inside the floor of the ovens, but saturate the whole back, sides and roof of the oven when left on - radiating heat into the food.
You have a choice of hinge options on the Everhot 60 - they can be hinged to open to the left when needed (right-hand hinges as standard).
Everhot Oven Dimensions:
Top Oven: W: 395mm x H: 290mm x D: 490mm
Bottom Oven: W: 395mm x H: 290mm x D: 470mm

Everhot 60 Dimensions
Everhot cookers are hand built at their factory. They are delivered in one piece and their delivery team are experts at manoeuvring almost any obstacle or awkward space!
W: 598mm (plus 5mm air gap each side)
H: 900mm (to metal hotplate surface)
D: 600mm (plus 30mm air gap behind).
The 30mm air gap behind can be disguised by using the supplied metal filler plate, which essentially 'extends' the back of the top plate to the wall behind the cooker.
If your worktops are wooden, we recommend increasing the air gaps to at least 10mm each side to prevent the risk of heat splitting the grain.
Everhot Control Panel
Everhot Control Panel Information:
- External Control Panel to be mounted on top of an adjacent worktop (either left or right of the cooker), or inside a cupboard.
- Connected to the cooker via a cable inside 25mm conduit, and to the power via a cable with a UK plug on the end.
- Dimensions: L 220mm x H 157mm x D 145mm.
- Ability to connect to your WiFi for remote scheduling and control via the mobile phone app.
- Follow-The-Sun mode, Smart-Tariff mode and Grid-Aware modes are all purposely designed to increase the overall efficiency of your Everhot Cooker. You can read more about these modes on our 'Everhot Control Panel' page.
