Everhot 120 Hotplates

Everhot Hotplate Information:

The main cast iron hotplate is roughly square, but split in size, with 60% on the LH side (the hot plate), and 40% on the RH side (the simmer plate). Both sides are controllable and can reach the same temperature, around 350c.

Due to this design, whenever the left-hand side is on, some heat will naturally conduct over to the right-hand side plate - usually around 30% cooler than whatever the left-hand hotplate is at.

We recommend the below temperatures for your hot and simmer plates:

Hot Plate: 290c

Simmer Plate: 200c.

On + models, you'll have an extra hotplate under the right-hand lid, with the same functionality as the main hotplate.

On i models, you have a three-zone induction hob, with bridging ability.

Everhot Hotplate Dimensions:

Left-Hand: 225mm x 355mm

Right-Hand: 175mm x 355mm

Total size: 400mm x 355mm.

Everhot Hotplate Heat Up Times:

20-40 minutes from cold.

Everhot 120 Ovens

Everhot Oven Information:

All Everhot models have a main oven with an integrated grill inside.

The grill is 2.5kW and the ovens are larger than other ranges of cooker. They are fitted with 'runners' inside, for the shelf to be positioned at different heights.

The electric elements are located inside the floor of the ovens, but saturate the whole back, sides and roof of the oven when left on - radiating heat into the food.

Everhot Oven Dimensions:

Top Oven: W: 395mm x H: 290mm x D: 490mm
Top RH Oven (+ models): W: 395mm x H: 290mm x D: 470mm

Bottom RH Oven: W: 395mm x 290mm x 470mm

Bottom LH Oven: W: 395mm x 290mm x 470mm

Everhot 120 Dimensions

Everhot cookers are hand built at their factory.  Most models are delivered in one piece and their delivery team are experts at manoeuvring almost any obstacle or awkward space!

If your access is limited, there may be additional options, such as a bespoke 2-piece model, joined together onsite.

W: 1198mm (plus 5mm air gap each side)

H: 900mm (to metal hotplate surface)

D: 600mm (plus 30mm air gap behind).

For delivery, the bespoke two-piece models are essentially 2 x Everhot 60 models, joined together onsite.

The 30mm air gap behind can be disguised by using the supplied metal filler plate, which essentially 'extends' the back of the top plate to the wall behind the cooker.

If your worktops are wooden, we recommend increasing the air gaps to at least 10mm each side to prevent the risk of heat splitting the grain.
