ESSE 1000T PRO - Shadow
The PRO Series: The 1000T PRO is the upgraded version of the standard 1000T. The key difference is oven capacity - the PRO features significantly larger bottom ovens, giving you more space for batch cooking, larger joints, or running both ovens simultaneously at capacity. The bottom kick-strip can be supplied in standard Black, or colour-matched to the rest of the cooker. All other specifications, dimensions, and running requirements remain the same as the standard 1000T.
The Shadow ESSE 1000T is a warmer tone of blue. This shade can seem to shift slightly in tone throughout the different lights of the day - a moody darker blue in the evening, with a lighter tone in the morning light.
The ESSE 1000T is the more 'traditional' electric range cooker in the ESSE lineup, with it's two domed lids mirroring the aesthetics of the classic range cooker. It has two independently controllable ovens, a slow-cook/plate warming oven, a large cast iron hotplate, and an induction hob, all running from two standard 13amp sockets with no flue or gas supply required.
Wrap-around oven elements, unique to ESSE, deliver even heat throughout the ovens, without hot spots. The integrated timer lets you schedule exactly when your cooker heats up, and slumber mode gives you gentle heat, whilst keeping running costs low. You can choose to use your ESSE flexibly - turning on/off or up/down whenever needed, or run parts 24/7 for convenience and more ambient heat into the room.
