The PRO Series: The 600X PRO is the upgraded version of the standard 600X. The key difference is oven capacity - the PRO features a significantly larger bottom oven, giving you more space for batch cooking, larger joints, or running both ovens simultaneously at capacity. You also have the choice of a black kick strip or a colour-matched version. All other specifications, dimensions, and running requirements remain the same as the standard 600X.
The Anthracite 600X is a rich 'gunmetal' grey tone, which sits in-between the penumbra colour and the matt black shade.
The ESSE 600X sits alongside the 600T in the compact range but adds an additional conduction plate around the cast iron hotplate. With the same controllable ovens, wrap-around heating elements, and efficient slumber settings as the rest of the ESSE range, the 600X runs from a single 13amp socket. You can choose to use your ESSE flexibly - turning on/off or up/down whenever needed, or run parts 24/7 for convenience and more ambient heat into the room.
